Payments are accepted via all major credit cards and PayPal.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the product you have recieved, I will be happy to accept refunds and exchanges. The following conditions must be met:
- Please contact me with email ([email protected]) within 14 days after recieving you parcel. You will need to pay the refund cost.
- If I have done a mistake and you have gotten the wrong product(s) or items are missing for your order, it will be replaced or exchanged at no extra cost.
- The item must be in the same condition as it was when you recieved it. This means that I will not accept returns/refunds for opened hanks.
- If the product was discounted, I will not accept refunds/exchanges.
Arctic Yarns will ensure that your privacy is protected. Any information you provide is secure and used only to mantain your ArcticYarns.com account. The information provided will never, under any circumstances be shared.
I am happy to do custom orders! If you want one, please send me a request by email ([email protected]). I will answer you with a timeframe for when the order can be fulfilled, and you are free to accept or decline the offer.
All packages are shipped via Posten Norge A-Post.
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. The delivery times will vary throughout the year, but assume about 1 week to Europe and 2 weeks to USA and the rest of the world.
You will recieve an email notification as soon as you item is shipped. Unfortunatly it is not possible to use tracking on international shipments.

All outgoing international packages must be marked as “goods”.
Customers ordering from outisde Norway are responsible for paying any international customs fee or import taxes that may apply.
I offer flat rate shipping of 6 USD.
